In January 1978, Frank Odie set out on an ambitious project to photograph every resident and residence in his home village of Burravoe, Yell. In achieving his goal, Frank created a unique photographic time capsule - capturing and preserving memories which would otherwise dim with the passing years. The project remained unseen by most, in an album of increasing fragility, for over 40 years but now - by means of this book - the project can be shared by those for whom it was intended.
