Disney animated comedy written and directed by Chris Sanders and Dean DeBlois. Young orphan Lilo (voice of Daveigh Chase) lives with her sister Nani (Tia Carrere) in Hawaii. Knowing that Lilo desperately wants a friend, Nani takes her to an animal shelter where Lilo adopts a strange alien fugitive who she names Stitch (Sanders). At first Stitch causes chaos by destroying everything he touches but as time passes he is accepted as part of the family. However, with representatives from Stitch's home planet hunting him, it is unclear how long he and Lilo can remain together.
