Event
When is Lego Club?
Mondays (Term Time)
Activity Room
6.00 pm - 7.00 pm

Who can come to Lego Club?
Lego has huge appeal across all age groups. We like families to join in and encourage grown-ups to stay for the session to help out.
Children under 8 must be with an adult throughout the session.

What happens at Lego Club?
Every week we have a theme and anything you make will be photographed and displayed for one week, but it needs to be taken apart after that for the next great build! You can even suggest themes for future events! For the last part of the session we will tidy and sort out the Lego.

Are there quiet areas at Lego Club?
Lego Club is full of energy. The main area is in the Activity Room. We also have a colouring table in the kid’s area and there is a further table in there for kids who need a bit of a quieter space to enjoy Lego. We ask that all of our Lego Clubbers stay in these areas of the library.

I'm not participating with Lego Club can I still study in the library?
We have study spaces in The Shetland Room and you can use the Computer Room on the Ground Floor too. If you are not too put off by the fun of Lego club there are study areas upstairs, but it will be noisier as usual from 6pm-7.00pm

Do we need to sign up?
Lego Club is drop-in but please note:
The capacity for Lego Club is now capped at 20 people - this is for fire safety and of people in the building. We ask you to sign in and out too for this same reason.
Once the capacity is reached, we will display information clearly.

We recognise the popularity of Lego club and want to ensure we can provide it safely. We recognise that it may mean disappointment on busy evenings and apologise in advance.
We will be reviewing this over the next few weeks and will keep Lego Club participants updated on any changes we make.

Lego Club is not on during the School Holidays.
